The risk for strong and severe thunderstorms will be on the increase late this afternoon into the evening. The Storm Prediction Center has placed the entire area in a slight chance for severe weather through Wednesday.

Three Cars Burned In Suspicious Fire

A fire damaged three cars late Tuesday night at a Lexington salvage yard.

The fire started off De Roode Street, just off South Broadway.

Firefighters say the fire appears suspicious.

Firefighters say they extinguished the fire quickly.

No one was hurt.
