Fallen Marine Honored at Basketball Game Sayre School retired the jersey of Marine Chase Comley Saturday night, during a basketball game.
Comley played both baseball and basketball for the school, and graduated from there in 2002.
His family was on hand for the ceremony. They say Comley enjoyed being a marine, and was always proud to serve his country.
Comley was killed by a roadside bomb in Iraq in August, 2005.
