It was slow-going around parts of Lexington Tuesday afternoon after a strong storm dumped heavy rain on the city.
Many streets and roads were covered in high water shortly after the storm passed.
North Broadway was shut down at the railroad underpass, which is near New Circle Road. It has since re-opened.
Clays Mill Road, between Man o'War and Wellington Way was also closed for a few hours because of high water.
Police set up barricades to keep drivers off roads covered with high water. But some drivers ignored them, and ended up getting a ticket.
