Case against 'spitting suspect' sent to grand jury

Last time he was in court, he spit in the judge's face, but today, a man charged with killing his girlfriend remained quiet.

Today, the case against Bass Webb was sent to the grand jury.

A paris police detective reported that Webb told police he did kill Bryia Runiewicz in her Cynthiana home, and told them to go find her.

Webb was required to wear a facemask today, because of the spitting incident.

He remains behinds bars.
