Cathy miller walked into court today and pleaded not guilty to all charges. The state employee was indicted for selling pirated pirated dvds. Miller is charged with a felony and misdemeanor charge for selling the dvds as well as for official misconduct.

The Franklin County Commonwealths attorney says Miller had close to a thousand dvds she was selling for three dollars each and was caught after advertising her inventory to other state employees on her work email. Someone had provided the Lawrenceburg woman with the pirated dvds, many of which were recorded on a hand-held device from inside the theature. Nearly a dozen of her state co-workers bought dvds. They've since returned them and will not face charges.
