Lexington police say they may be close to solving a rash of car break-ins.
Four people are in jail tonight charged with one theft, but police say they may be responsible for more than 100 unsolved cases.
The car break-ins have been going on all across the city since November. In each case police say the victim left their car doors unlocked.
Police arrested Brook Banks on Monday after she was caught on surveillance tape at the Nicholasville Road Wal-Mart using a stolen credit card.
Police believe Banks and three other suspects; Jack Robinson, Justin Pratt and Kelly Smith may be behind dozens of other thefts. All four are still in jail.
Police are now reviewing the old cases to see if there are any that match up with the suspects.
