Seatbelts help passengers in Scott Co. accident

Seatbelts likely kept a crash in Scott County this morning from being much worse.

Police say a car lost control at a turn on Leesburg Pike, hit a tree, and rolled over.

Two people were inside, they were treated for some bumps and bruises, but otherwise, they're ok.

Both victims told police they were wearing seatbelts.

Police say the driver will be cited for having no insurance, and using an expired driver's license.
