Services Held For Kentucky Soldier Killed In Iraq

Hundreds of people packed an eastern Kentucky high school gym Sunday to remember a fallen Kentucky soldier.
Twenty-nine year old Army Sergeant, John Cooper, was killed by a roadside bomb earlier this month in Iraq.
His funeral today was held at Fleming County High School, where he graduated.
Cooper spent eleven years in the Army and was well respected by his peers and family.
Military officials awarded Cooper with a bronze star and purple heart during today's service.
A crew from the History Channel was also on hand.
They had been embedded with Cooper's unit in Iraq.
