Unusual sentencing in murder case

We'll see what happens in court Friday after one of the men, set to be sentenced for their roles in a double murder, wants out of his plea deal.

Deonte Simmons' attorney filed a motion in Lincoln County, asking for a change of plea. He claims he was pressured into taking the deal but says he didn't shoot anyone.

Simmons was scheduled to be sentenced Friday for the shooting deaths of Bo Upton and Ryan Shangraw. The teens were murdered back in 2002.

Two other men who pleaded guilty in the case, Nick Mundy and Charles Smith, will be sentenced as planned at that hearing.

Another man, Jamarkos Campbell was convicted by a jury and is serving a life sentence.
