Pitino reflects on basketball amidst adversity

University of Louisville's head basketball coach Rick Pitino is staying focused on his future and the future of his team.

Five months after going public with an extortion plot against him, and recently talking to the media about his affair, Pitino is working to remain positive and tune out negative comments.

He says there will be people who "know the truth and don't know the truth," and it doesn't matter if those people like him or not, he says he will try to avoid any negativity.

The coach said basketball has been therapeutic for him, saying he's used it as motivation to move himself and the program forward.
