Months after being found in a car, submerged in a Kentucky lake, a southern Kentucky coroner now knows the victims cause of death.
The body of Sampie Sparkman was found in July, in a pickup truck in Lake Cumberland.
The Commonwealth Journal now reports the coroner says the 63 year old Sparkman did drown, but the manor of his death, could not be determined.
Investigators say foul play is not suspected.
Sparkman went missing back in 2008, just after leaving his home to visit his daughter.
