A central Kentucky man is behind bars after police say he shot another man in the leg.
Richmond police say it happened early Saturday morning in the 300 block of North Irvine Street.
Officers tell us 32-year-old James Lear was shot in his left leg.
They later arrested 27-year-old Aaron Brennan. He's now facing several charges, including assault and wanton endangerment.
Lear's injuries were not life threatening. Police are trying to figure out what led to the shooting.
