Rounds of showers and storms continue to push across the region. Flash flooding is the main threat tonight into Wednesday.
It's a potentially dangerous situation.
Part of a building collapses near a busy street in Lexington, now police and fire crews are making sure the rest of it doesn't come tumbling down on its own.
East 3rd Street in downtown Lexington is shut down near Warnock at this hour, because of this partial collapse.
The building was built in the 1940's, and has already been condemned once.
The owner of the building says she plans to foot the bill to demolish it.
No word on when 3rd Street will re-open.
