A disciplinary hearing took place Tuesday night to decide whether Lexington Police Officer Joshua Cromer gets to keep his job.

He's under investigation for incidents involving his MySpace page.
Police say Cromer made comments about arresting country music star John Michael Montgomery. They also said Cromer made comments about homosexuals and the people of Lexington.

Cromer admits to posting the comments on his page, but he said he wasn't aware the public could see them.

As of midnight, no decision had been made on whether, Cromer would keep his job.
