She was returning from the store when she says two men snuck up on her stealing her cell phone and keys at gunpoint. Police are also investigating similar crimes in the area.

She doesn't want to be identified for fear of retaliation but she says her and her boyfriend were on the porch outside their apartment on cross keys street when two men approached them.

She says she only got a look at one of the two, saying he was a tall black man wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.

Saying the gun pointed at her was too distracting for her to remember what the second man looked like.

They stole her cell phone and keys and patted her boyfriend down but he didn't have anything on him.

Police are also investigating a similar crime reported less than an hour from this robbery on Lakeshore Dr.

The victim tells police two men armed with a gun stole money from him.

Also on the 17th, a robbery allegedly took place on Hallow Creek involving two men.

And a few days ago of Lake Park Road, another robbery outside of a motel involving more than one armed men.

Police are investigating to see if the crimes are connected in anyway.
