Suspected Serial Killer To Appear In Court
The man who police say is Lexington's first serial killer will be back in court later today. A status hearing is scheduled for Robert Smallwood in Fayette Circuit Court at noon.
We first told you about Smallwood's arrest back in September.
Police charged Smallwood with the murder of three women.
Over the course of more than seven years, Lexington Police say Smallwood killed Doris Roberts, Sonora Allen and Erica Butler.
Smallwood also face rape and burglary charges.
