Attacker Grabs Woman In Front Yard

Lexington Police are still searching for a man, a woman says attacked her just outside of her Lexington home.
It happened on Headley Avenue, near Sixth Street.

The woman says she came out of her front door to get some items from her car, when she noticed a strange man standing across the street.
As she turned to go back into the house, the man approached her. The woman says he grabbed her by her hood and told her not to scream.

Police say the man dragged her across the street. The woman eventually was able to escape.

Police don't yet know a motive for the attack.

The woman was not injured.
