Safety and security concerns at Commonwealth Stadium

Earlier this week the FBI issued a warning to stadium's and entertainment venues across the country to be alert for terrorist attacks.

That warning is fresh on the minds of safety officials at the University of Kentucky as thousands with gather at Commonwealth Stadium for the Wildcats big game versus the Florida gators.

This morning, UK officials outlined their plan to keep the public safe during the game.

UK officials are asking fans to leave all bags at home, if possible.

If you do have to bring a bag, show up early, because officials say security must now check every bag.

And you can bring an umbrella with you, but you're not allowed to put it up inside the stadium.

Weather predictions right now, indicate it could rain before and during the game.

Meteorologists also say lightning could be an issue, so officials advise people to plan their activities around that possibility.
