Haley Willett was reported abducted from Owensboro in Daviess County at about 4:30 a.m. She was last seen on Julia Avenue in Owensboro and was believed to be in danger.
Police announced Sunday that Haley was found in Sturgeon Bay, Wis., but they did not elaborate. A vehicle in which she was traveling was seen heading northbound on Interstate 43 in Sheboygan, Wis., sometime between 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
amberalert.com Authorities say a teenager at the center of an Amber Alert received a text message from Archie Whalen hours before her disappearance.
Authorities said they had received information that the two may have been traveling to Hancock, Maine, New York or an unknown location in Florida.
Authorities said Haley received a text message from a man identified as Archie Whalen, 43. It was not immediately known whether the two knew each other previously.
Whalen was taken into police custody. The two were said to be traveling in a red Ford Explorer registered with Maine license plates 137RF. The sport utility vehicle has scratches down both sides.

Thank God this child is on her way back home now, safe from the hands of a prediator. The man said she went with him willingly, but that is no excuse. He is suppose to be the adult here, so he needs to take responsibility for his actions. As for the child, if she did go willingly with this man, she needs a good long talking to about the dangers of leaving with someone like this and then needs to be grounded until she turns 18.

It is a sad day when the lead story on your website is about UK's loss and knock out of Tebow over the abduction of this child. Shame on you.
