Rash Of Daytime Burglaries Spreads

Some homeowners in one Central Kentucky city are on edge tonight after a string of burglaries, many in broad daylight.
Richmond police are trying to track down the two subjects who they say have been breaking into homes and carrying off their loot in pillow cases. At first robberies were reported in the Stateland, Barnes Mill, and Four Mile areas. Now police say more neighborhoods are being hit, including Highland Park. That's near the Gibson Bay golf course.
Officials say the people responsible are targeting jewelry and small electronic items in the home.
