Man pleads guilty to killing wife but may be released from jail

A Floyd county man accused of killing his wife on Thanksgiving day pleads guilty, but may not serve any more jail time because of a plea deal. Investigators say Joshua Mock shot his wife, Linda, at their home in Maytown during an argument last year. Mock was originally charged with murder, but pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of reckless homicide. He was sentenced to 5 years in prison, but officials say it is probated, so he may not spend any more time behind bars.
