UK Police say the number of alcohol related incidents is down 47 percent this year. That's the lowest in five years.

Officers say it's because of campus education and a police crackdown.
Recent high profile deaths involving alcohol on campus is also thought to have played a role.

27 NEWSFIRST talked to several students, who say many are taking the alcohol issue more seriously.

UK does not allow alcohol on campus, no matter how old a student is.
Officials say any student who gets caught drinking on campus can be fined, or even suspended.
