The flash flood threat increases late tonight and into Friday. 1"-4" will be felt for most through Saturday.
Lexington police say a wheelchair-bound man was allegedly robbed and stabbed outside the Red Mile Village Apartment complex.
It happened around 8:30 Sunday night.
Police are not releasing the victim's name, but he told police he was outside his apartment unit with his laptop when he was approached by a male suspect. He told police the suspect demanded cash. Police say the suspect then grabbed his laptop, and a struggle ensued. That's when the suspect allegedly pulled out a knife, cut the victim, and ran off with his laptop.
People who live in the apartment complex were concerned when they heard what happened.
"That's really low," said resident Krystal Beatty, "to steal from somebody that can't defend themselves."
Police are have not released a description of the suspect.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
