Body of a census worker released to family

The body of a census worker, who was found dead with a rope around his neck and the word "fed" scrawled on his chest, has been released to his family.

Bill Sparkman was found dead last month, in Rural Clay County.

Sparkman's son tells the Associated Press that investigators are still not telling him much about the case.

The state medical examiner says Sparkman died of asphyxiation.
