Some storms are possible during the morning and afternoon on Tuesday. Damaging winds and flooding will be the main threats. With an already soaked ground, expect strong winds to easily bring down some trees.
A victory Tuesday, for the state's anti-gas price gouging law.
The Attorney General's Office says a Franklin County judge ruled the law is constitutional.
The state filed lawsuits against Marathon and Speedway under the law, claiming the companies overcharged customers millions of dollars, after hurricanes Katrina and Rita in 2005.
The judge also dismissed counter suits the companies filed against the state, that claimed Kentucky's law was too vague.
