There's new information tonight on the fire that killed ten people in Bardstown.
According to an emergency response investigative report, two key factors led to the deaths of six children and four adults.
The report shows that the adults in the home had elevated blood alcohol levels that impaired their ability to get themselves or anyone else out of the house.
Authorities also say the lack of a functioning smoke detector allowed the occupants inside the house to sleep through the fire.
