Police: Man Videotaped Rape

A Richmond man is behind bars after police say he raped a woman and recorded it with a camera.

Police arrested 22-year-old Neal Mullins on Friday. He's now charged with first degree rape.

Richmond police say the victim was intoxicated at the time and after the alleged rape, Mullins left a copy of the recording on her computer.

Mullins bonded out of the Madison County Detention Center on Monday.
