Fayette County is reporting it's third H1N1 related death.
The health department says it's a man in his 40's who had significant underlying health conditions.
This marks the third H1N1 related death in Fayette County.
Previously, H1N1 was confirmed in a woman in her 50's and a woman in her 60's, both of whom had significant underlying health conditions.
Throughout the state, seven people have been confirmed with H1N1 related deaths.
