HEBRON, Ky. (AP) - Authorities say two people were killed Sunday
when a sport utility vehicle crashed on an interstate in northern
The Boone County sheriff's office says the driver swerved to the
right and struck a pole, causing the vehicle to flip on Interstate
275 near the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.
Authorities say a man and a woman in the vehicle died, but their
names were not immediately released.
The Kentucky Enquirer reports that it's unclear what caused the
driver to swerve.
Another crash happened nearby about 20 minutes earlier. The
newspaper reports that several people were airlifted to local
hospitals from the earlier crash.
