A Fayette County grand jury indicted former Blue Grass Airport executive director Mike Gobb and three others on felony theft charges.

The indictments say, dating back to 2002, Gobb, John Rhodes, John Coon and John Slone, all stole money from the airport.

In February, state auditor Crit Luallen released a 256 page audit detailing more than a half million dollars in questionable spending. Some of the money was used on lavish trips, one to a Dallas, TX strip club where four thousand dollars was spent.

Attorney General Jack Conway told 27 NEWSFIRST Tuesday night the indictments "should be a signal that the public should trust that there are agencies protecting how tax payer dollars are being spent and state workers will not get away with stealing."

The four men are scheduled to appear in court for arraignment on October 30th.
