Murder suspect William Starr, also known as Billy Sartin, was in court Thursday in Martin County.
He's accused of shooting three people, killing two, in Martin County back in September.
He was back in court for the first time since having a mental evaluation. Several months ago, a judge ordered the evaluation to determine if he's competent for trial.
Court officials say the evaluation is complete but some documents aren't in his file yet.
The judge wants the rest of the documents in the file before the hearing. That's scheduled for April 5th.
