Police: Man Robs Gas Station With Butcher Knife

Richmond Police are on the look out for a man who robbed a Redi Mart gas station with a knife.

Right around closing time Sunday night a man wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and white gloves.

Police say the man walked into the Redi Mart on Red House Road. The store surveillance video shows the man pointing a five inch butcher knife at the clerk before demanding the money.

The entire robbery took just 36 seconds. Police say the man left on the store on foot and possibly jumped into a newer model Ford Mustang.

The clerk was not injured just shook up. 27 NEWSFIRST talked to other gas station clerks who said police have asked them to be on the look out for someone fitting the description because they believe the robber may strike again.
