Man Facing More Accusations After Spring Break Scam Investigation

A 27 NEWSFIRST Investigation on an alleged spring break scam artist uncovered even more accusations against Tommy Case. His reported victims say Case hasn't just taken vacations from them, but also cars.

In a criminal complaint filed yesterday, Case is accused of stealing more than $6, 500 from his former employer, Final Four Auto Sales.

The complaint says Case sold a car, but had the buyer write the check to him and not the dealership. Furthermore, the dealership couldn't pay off the company they bought the car from, so the title to the car was never handed over. making the car illegal to drive.

Case is now charged with felony theft. He is scheduled to be arraigned next week.
