Governor Fletcher has approved two permanent extensions to boat ramps on Lake Cumberland.
Bids for permanent concrete extensions to boat ramps are being reviewed. Earlier this year, the water levels at Lake Cumberland were lowered in order to make necessary repairs to the ailing Wolf Creek Dam.
The boat ramps extensions should keep the water accessible to boat traffic.
