Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure in Store Parking Lot

A man is facing several charges after police say he exposed himself in a parking lot.

He reportedly was targeting people parked at the Paris Food Lion, in the Paris Village Shopping Center.

Police caught 50 year old Larry Duncan after setting up surveillance cameras.

Duncan was arrested and charged with two counts of indecent exposure, one count of criminal mischief, no insurance, and alcohol intoxication.

Police say after Duncan bonded out, he returned to the Paris Police Department drunk, while trying to get his car back.
