Both Patrick and Joy Watkins are charged with Michaela's murder. They appeared in court Tuesday for a preliminary hearing, which included testimony from investigators.

The medical examiner also says on the day she died, the Watkins' didn't call 911 until four hours later.
The case will now move on to the Clark County Grand Jury.
