Mother Accused of Killing Son Appears In Court

The case of a woman accused of killing her one-month-old son goes to the grand jury.

Courtney Bishop's case was waived this morning during a hearing in Fayette County.

Investigators say her son, Caleb Bishop, died from blunt force trauma to the head. Bishop is music teacher at Christ The King School in Lexington

Bishop is currently out of jail on a $100,000 bond.
