Ragland Asks for Change of Venue

It was back to court Thursday for a man accused of gunning down a University of Kentucky football player.

Shane Ragland appeared in court to find out where his new trial will be held.

Ragland is accused of the sniper-style shooting of Trent Digurio back in 1994. Ragland was convicted of murder during his first trial, but that conviction was thrown out by the Kentucky Supreme Court.

Ragland's attorney says he can't get a fair trial in Fayette County because of the high profile nature of the case.
