Teen Struck By Car

A Bourbon County teenager is air lifted to UK Hospital in critical condition after he was hit by a car. It happened around 5:00 p.m. Sunday evening on KY 537.

Police say a car driven by 57-year-old Alpha Herrington of Paris hit the 15-year-old boy head on.

The driver tells 27 NEWSFIRST the boy ran out in front of her car, and she didn't have time to stop. Police are investigating.
