Murder Suspect Ruled Competent

A judge says a Martin County man accused of shooting three people last year, killing two of them, is competent to stand trail.

A mental evaluation says Billy Sartin suffers from paranoid schizophrenia but with medication is competent.

The judge made the decision this afternoon after getting the results from Sartin's mental evaluation.
