Money Found On Street Corner After Bank Robbery

Print

Still no sign of a man who held up a Lexington bank Friday morning.

Police say the man demanded money from a teller at the Chase Bank on Romany Road and then took off on foot.

He did not show a weapon.

Some of the money from the bank with a dye pack was found at the corner of Cooper Drive and Garden Road.

Police describe the man as white, about six feet tall with a thin build. At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, gloves and a white bandanna covering his face.
