A four year old child was among those taken to the hospital, after the school bus she and two Head Start employees were riding on was hit by a car.

Police say the crash happened in Casey county in the town of Liberty.

Police say the driver of the car is an Ohio fugitive, Matthew Hall. Hall and his passenger Patrick O'Bryant allegedly fled the scene of the crash on Highway 127, and went to Yosemite, the next town over, to hide out.

But Hall and his passenger didn't hide very well. They went to a nearby convenience mart, where police arrested them about five minutes after they arrived.

Both men are facing several charges which include DUI, alcohol intoxication, wanton endangerment and hit and run.

None of the bus passengers were seriously injured during the crash. They were taken to the hospital simply to be checked out.
