Police are looking for a couple breaking into cars and stealing purses.
Richmond Police say the woman busted out a window of a vehicle in the Ryan's Steakhouse parking lot and at the Outback Steakhouse.
Both victims worked at the restaurants.
Richmond police say the couple charged close to $200 on one of the victim's credit cards.
They suspect the couple may have broken into several other vehicles in the city.

why cut off the hands just start putting the in the gas chamber the crooks need to be stopped and we would not need to worry about the same ones over and over

@Michael ...there are many Muslim countries which give out just that sort of punishment for stealing. Irrational escalation makes for strange bedfellows, eh?

Why didn't wkyt post the video that they showed on tv, it showed the lady plain as day.
