A jockey, injured during a race at Keeneland, is improving.

Julia Brimo is now listed in fair condition, at UK hospital.

Brimo was injured, after her horse clipped heels with another and fell, on October 30th.

The Courier-Journal reports Brimo suffered a spinal cord injury.

Her sister tells the paper Brimo is making progress in her recovery, but still faces a long rehabilitation process.
