Police say they didn't have to go far early Monday to solve a rash of car break-ins.

Police say they didn't have to go far early Monday to solve a rash of car break-ins.

The break-ins happened on Grey Oak Drive, off Southpoint Drive, on Lexington's southside.

Police tell 27 NEWSFIRST they found two people walking around with backpacks full of stolen items from the cars.

At least six cars were hit.
