A Berea College student was jailed Friday after police say tried to intice a 14-year-old into having sex.
20-year old Sarah Wilson is the woman police say tried to use text messaging to lure a teen to her Berea College dorm.
The sexually charged text messages were reported to police by the 14-year old girl's mother.
According to authorities, Wilson met the teen at Berea College. The young girl reportedly was participating in a dance competition held last school year at Seabury Hall. Sometime after meeting the girl, authorities say the alleged messages from Wilson began.
After getting news of the texts; police set up an undercover sting. A police officer pretending to be a different young girl made contact with Wilson. Authorities say the undercover operation led to Wilson making an inappropriate advance at the officer--and she was arrested shortly after.

It says in another article that the police established enough probably cause to arrest her. People do not seem to realize that. I wouldn't go so far as to call Sarah a predator. However, if she broke the law about having sex with a minor then she is a sex offender. Point blank. It only takes one infraction of the state laws on consensual sex or whatever to be counted as a sex offender. If she is guilty of this crime, then she deserves to be arrested. No ifs, ands, buts about it.

a lot of you are judging a book by its cover. ive known sarah since last year when we started school together & she isnt a predator. think about it if she was txting this girl for a yr why wasnt this taken cared of sooner? it doesnt take a year to "catch a predator" as many of you are calling her. 16 may be the consenting age but we all knew at 14 what we were doing. we knew right from wrong, so this is no different. if the 14 yr old didnt like what was going on she could've have stoppped the actions a long time ago. i also agree to the person who said what were the texts that the undercover cop sent, that can be a trigger to someone. as i said earlier i do not know all the facts but putting all the blame on sarah is not justified.
