Guilty Plea In Computer Scam Case

A Kentucky man admits to using computer viruses to steal personal information from underage girls and blackmail them into sending him sexually explicit pictures.

42-year-old Scotty Hopper, who is from Russell County, pleaded guilty to conspiracy.

He told federal agents he worked with a man in Dubai to meet minors on line.

They'd steal victim's personal information, including family finances, and threaten to release it if they didn't send them dirty pictures.
