Funeral arrangements have now been set for a Scott County teacher that passed away unexpectedly on Friday.

43-year-old Regina Toy checked into a Montgomery County hospital on Sunday where she was diagnosed with pneumonia.

Friends say a few days later she was sent to Central Baptist Hospital after coding, being brought back by CPR, and then having severe brain damage.

Visitation for Regina Toy will begin Monday at 6:00 p.m. at Richie Hunt Funeral Home in Owingsville. Her funeral will be Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Richie Hunt Funeral Home.

Scott County High School, where Toy worked, will hold a memorial service for her Tuesday night at the school starting at 6:00 p.m.
