Firefighter Injured While Battling Flames

There was a massive fire overnight in Montgomery County. The blaze burned well into the morning.

The fire broke out in a in a storage warehouse on Spring Street In Mount Sterling. Witnesses tell 27 NEWSFIRST they could see the glow from as far away as Camargo.

One firefighter was injured when a board with a nail in it punctured his leg. Other firefighters on the scene tell 27 NEWSFIRST that firefighter is now home from the hospital, resting.

Minor damage was done to a neighboring apartment building.

Three fire departments helped battle the fire.
