Attorney general seeks execution dates for 3

FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - Attorney General Jack Conway is asking
that execution dates be set for three convicted murders on
Kentucky's death row.

Conway sent a letter to Gov. Steve Beshear on Monday asking for
execution dates for Ralph Baze Jr., Robert Foley and Gregory
Wilson, all of whom have exhausted their appeals in state and
federal courts.

The convictions of all three have been fully reviewed by the
courts, including the Kentucky Supreme Court. Conway said no legal
impediments remain.
